Jannene has over 25 years experience in organizational effectiveness and talent management. She has worked with organizations large and small; from 75,000 employees with billions in revenue... to sole proprietorships with one employee struggling to make a buck. Her industry experience is broad; from high tech (telecommunications, information services) to high touch (education, public service).
As a consultant, Jannene has built her business primarily through referrals from clients. Good business leaders know and trust business advisors who get results. She welcomes new clients and works hard to build lasting partnerships.
Prior to founding Litchfield HR Management, Jannene was the Vice President of Human Resources for Schools Financial Credit Union and a member of Schools' executive management team. She also served as the Director of Human Resources for Verizon Wireless where she was also on the executive management team. Prior to her executive management experience, she was a Human Resources Manager for MCI Communications. She understands business; public sector, private sector, and non-profit.
She received her Masters in Business Administration and continues her educational journey by teaching for California State University, Sacramento and has earned her life certification as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) and SHRM - Senior Certified Professional (SCP).
